After my washing machine flooded my house, Terry arrived within two hours to remove flooring and baseboards. He stayed at my house until all of the flooring and baseboards were removed and fans running. He came back the next day to set up more fans. He was able to have the house dried out within three days. His work was incredibly professional. He was a complete gentleman. He made sure that all of my needs were met. He let me know about services that I would never have thought to ask about. Throughout the entire process, he let me know what he was doing and why he was doing it. He stayed in contact with my insurance company. He made an incredibly difficult situation easier to handle. The only reason I did not mark good value is because I don’t know what it is in this situation. He did let me know what he thought the price would be, and it came out under that estimate.

If you have water damage to your house I highly recommend you call Texas Certified Restoration. We had water leak onto our ceiling and down our wall due to an ice storm. I filled out the online free quote and within minutes I got a call to set up an appointment! Tracey was at my house the next day and I honestly can’t say enough good things. We were panicking and upset about the potential damage this leak had caused and, Tracey really made us feel like we were in good hands. He assessed the damage and explained the process very thoroughly in a way that I understood clearly. He talked us through everything, start to finish.
