They sent me an outdated form Tops would not accept. When I called them about it I was connected to customer support in India. Of course they were clueless and did nothing. I contacted customer service through email they sent me a link to go through the course again. I did but it will not send me a new cert. I would recommend you do not use these guys.

Be careful when you take any online classes with these people. They don’t stay on top of revised forms. We had problems with form PSB-30. Their form was revised 01/2013, the firearms instructor need the new form 12/2023. When we called they needed to check. Which took three days not counting the weekend. But when they wanted payment for the class it was right a way. So be careful with this company.
